Two flyovers at the intersection of Jalan Utama Mentiri and at the intersection of Jalan Muara and Jalan Penghubung Tanah Jambu and the slip road from Perumahan Negara Kampung Panchor, Mengkubau to Jalan Utama Mentiri is open to road users, 2nd August 2025. It is a project managed by the Ministry of Development through the Roads Department, Public Works Department.

Officiating the opening of the flyover and connecting road was Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Muhammad Juanda bin Haji Abdul Rashid, Minister of Development. Costing approximately 26 million dollars, the project aimed to accommodate the growth in traffic volume while streamlining the road network system.
